Synopsis: This was a 10 week promotion for Beringer Wines. The client wanted to run a contest to allow visitors to register weekly to win big screen TVs through football season.

 

What We Did: Interface Design, Custom Application, Database Design, Custom Random Drawing System

 

Approach: First, we designed a UX that fit the season.  Then we build a Rich Internet Application (RIA) to capture leads through contest entries for a chance to win 2 big screen televisions each week.  We did age validation due to the nature of the industry, a random drawing algorithm for the administration panel (just to keep everybody honest), and a nifty tell-a-friend viral component to allow sharing the contest with up to 10 friends.
